Special Message Annak Ti Candon International, Inc. (Annak) is a cause-oriented international association of Candon immigrants whose primary goal is to give back to the community, specifically to the youths and to those who have less in life. We believe in the social philosophy that those who are endowed with better and comfortable life must share such blessings to the poor and to those who have less in life. We have taken a path which we believe will touch the lives of the students, teachers and their families in some positive ways and improve the lives of those who have less in life. We share the motto of the schools in Candon City that, “Edukasyon ang Solution.” Thus we are providing the students the tools to attain academic achievements and succeed in life through the Annak Ti Candon Computerization Program. On the eve of our third anniversary, we are very proud and happy to report to our members, sponsors, donors and patrons of our accomplishments and on-going projects in Candon City. I. Computerization Program. The following public schools in Candon City are now beneficiaries of this program.
A. High Schools.
B. District 1.
C. District II. Our broader and future goal for these schools is to establish libraries and resource centers equipped with computers and library books and reference materials through our partnership with the National Texbook Services. Annak is the sole and exclusive beneficiary of donations of books and reference materials, and is tasked to coordinate all book donations to Candon City and other towns and cities in the Philippines. II. Medical Care Program. Under this program, Annak donated 3 hemodialysis Machines and Reverse Osmosis System to the City of Candon Hospital. The machines were delivered on February 8, 2009. We trust that these humble accomplishments will inspire and energize the Candon immigrants and Kailians to give back to our beloved hometown. All for a Better Candon City.
